Lovi Poe’s rumored boyfriend, or if we will take her word for it, her suitor, Ronald Singson was arrested and now detained in Hong Kong after being caught by authorities possessing illegal drugs. Ronald Singson is a known businessman partnering with Jomari Yllana, and at the same time a congressman of Ilocos Sur. He is also the son of the influential Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson.
The Philippine consulate in Hong Kong has already extended their help to Ronald Singson but the camp of the lawmaker said they have their own legal counsel already that is working on the case.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency confirmed the news but clarified that Ronald’s father Gov Chavit is not interfering with the issue. Asked about whether Ronald Singson is on their watchlist, Director Santiago of PDEA did not answer directly the question but only said to leave the issue already as it is being worked out by the Chinese authorities.
So what will be Lovi Poe’s reaction on this one?
