The first Philippine automated elections did not go well for actor Cesar Montano as he conceded against his rival on the gubernatorial post of his home province Bohol though they said that it was indeed a good fight.
Through the unofficial and partial results from Comelec, Montano’s rival former congressman Edgar Chatto was leading a wide margin that it is already impossible for Montano to win.
Cesar Montano gave a message to all the people in Bohol saying,
“It is only the heart that is breaking for awhile…. but the spirit and soul shall fight forever for a better Bohol.. Sa tanan mituo ug misuporta, daghang salamat. We love you.”
